Coach Claire
HEAD GYMNASTICS COACH
-
This is my 5th year of coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics.
-
I have been doing gymnastics since I was two years old and competed for nine years!
-
I have competed as a level 8 and Xcel Diamond as well as trained up to a level 9.
-
I have also coached at Flip Fest Gymnastics Camp in Tennessee.
“I love seeing kids achieve new skills and work hard to reach their goals! I am so excited to be welcomed into the Tier One Family and start this new journey! My favorite events are beam and bars! I love the challenge that they both bring. I live in Morrison with my husband and our two dogs, Rev & Roo!”

Coach Emily
RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS COACH
-
I have 4 years of coaching experience.
-
I have been involved in gymnastics for over 10 years.
-
I competed as a Level 7 gymnast and trained at Level 8.
-
I was also a 4-year member of the Geneseo High School gymnastics team.
“What I love most about coaching is helping each athlete build confidence and grow in their skills as they work toward their goals. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family, friends, and my puppy! I also love going to concerts, and of course, practicing gymnastics!”

I was raised in a household with five brothers, and I began playing baseball, football, and wrestling when I was just five years old. I played baseball in college, as well.
-
I served 8 years in the Marine Corps.
-
I have also participated in competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding.
-
I spend my spare time renovating and building stuff. I also enjoy traveling and attending small town events.
-
I have 2 children, Teegan and Rowan, who also attend Tier One in the Competitive Gymnastics and NinjaZone programs.
"I'm most excited about watching the ninjas progress and become stronger each practice, not just physically, but also mentally. Instilling a strong sense of confidence, discipline, and accomplishment in themselves is the ultimate goal. I'm a firm believer that being tough both physically and mentally at a young age will help kids build a foundation that will allow them to approach any of life's obstacles."
